We'll cover the steps you can take to prepare for what you want. We'll then discuss specific ways to discuss it with your manager so you are more likely to get a positive response. We'll also discuss how to respond if the answer is Maybe or No and how to turn a No into a future Yes.
We will cover the material in 4 one-hour virtual sessions over 4 weeks on Thursdays from 4:00 - 5:00 PM PT. Each session will be recorded so if you can't attend, you'll be able to watch at your schedule.
