The schedule is flexible depending on your needs. You'll get two 1-hour sessions and two 30 minute sessions. When you sign up, you'll get a questionnaire to fill out in advance of the first meeting to help identify your issues and opportunities.
Session 1: Goal setting, what is getting in your way and action steps (60 minutes)
Session 2: Progress review, further clarification of goals and action steps (30 minutes)
Session 3: Progress review, identifying things that are still holding you back and action steps (30 minutes)
Session 4: Goal review, analysis of changes, new goal setting and next steps (60 minutes)
